Hi, I'm Alejandro Perez, proud owner of Exterior Property Care.

My journey began with nothing more than a dream and a vision at just 16 years old. While attending online classes, I took on my first full-time job, determined to work hard and carve a different path for myself. Along the way, I experimented with several online side hustles, each one teaching me valuable lessons about discipline, consistency, and entrepreneurship.

But my true passion was always to build something real, something local, hands-on, and impactful. That passion gave life to Exterior Property Care, a business I started completely from the ground up. No support, no investors, just me, my vision, and the drive to make it happen.

Now at 18 years old, I’ve left my full-time job and committed fully to this business, and I can truly say I’ve been blessed. Every day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our community, bring properties back to life, and most of all, see the smiles on our customers’ faces when they see the final results. That’s what makes it all worth it.

At Exterior Property Care, we’re more than just a cleaning service. We’re about hard work, integrity, and making every home or business look its absolute best. From pressure washing to soft washing and everything in between, we take pride in every detail.
