Hi, I'm Alejandro Perez — proud owner and founder of Exterior Property Care.

My journey began not with resources, but with a vision. I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Branson, Missouri at the age of 12. By the time I was 16 years old, I was working full-time as a restaurant cook while attending online high school, determined to build something greater for myself and my future.

During that time, I also dove into the world of online side hustles  from drop shipping to digital services. I didn’t find instant success, but I did gain something much more valuable: discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of what it means to build from scratch.

In March 2025, I decided to chase my true passion creating something real, something hands-on, and something that serves people in my own community. That’s when Exterior Property Care was born. I used the savings I had, and even worked extra delivering food to cover my startup costs. Every part of this business  from the website to the logo I created myself, using the skills I’d developed from my earlier online ventures.

After I graduated high school, I made a major decision: I left my full-time job to go all in on my business. No investors, no outside help  just faith, hustle, and long days spent working hard to make this dream real.

Now at 18 years old, I’m incredibly proud of what Exterior Property Care has become. Every time I bring a property back to life, every smile from a happy customer it all reminds me why I started. This is more than just a pressure washing company. It’s a story of hard work, sacrifice, and faith.

Because I truly believe  when you put God first, He puts the right pieces in place. That’s what has guided me every step of the way.
